We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything (except personalized items) for any reason or no reason. We want you to be 100% happy with anything you get from Instant Poker Chips. So you can return anything for up to one full year.
If you need to return something, please send an email to orderinfo@instantpokerchips.com or call us at 1-800-301-3840 for authorization on a return. We will accept returns within 12 months for any reason.

Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 1 business day from when the order was placed. In the event you require a rush order, please email or call us at 1-800-301-3840 to discuss special arrangements.
Shipping
Instant Poker Chips uses UPS Ground for most shipping within the United States. Shipping charges for US packages are calculated automatically in the shopping cart and vary by weight.
Canadian shipments are sent UPS standard and the shipping fee is based on weight. Customers wanting delivery to Canada will be responsible for all taxes and/or duties.
International shipments are not automatically calculated in the store. Shipping charges will be added for all International shipments.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Georgia (7%). This is due to the fact that our corporate office is in Atlanta, Georgia. All other states and countries are tax-exempt.
If you want a different chip combination in your poker chip set just type a note in the comments section. Include your desired chip count (50, 100, 150...) for all chip colors.
